Does the device need to be connected to the internet?

No, the results are stored in the iPad itself not in the cloud. Further, the user cannot back up their data to a computer as it sits within the app only. If a player loses or damages their device, the risk is that they will lose their progress in the game.

Disabling Push Notifications

It is important for the player not to be distracted by push notifications on their device whilst playing Sound Storm. Please go to the settings tab and turn off notifications from other games and social apps.

How do I email the Progress Report?
keyboard_arrow_down
  1. Click on the ‘Progress’ icon on the 'Player Select' page.
  2. Use your device’s standard screen capture function to take a screen grab of the report. (This is usually by pressing the power and home button at the same time, or the power and volume up button).
  3. This will save an image to your camera roll or photo library for you to send through to your audiologist or specialist as an email.
